Shipping Within India

• Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Shipping Charges: A fee of ₹99 (including GST) applies to orders of ₹999 or below.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):Available for orders between ₹499 and ₹4,999.A COD fee of ₹99 (including GST) applies to COD orders of ₹999 or below.No additional COD fee is charged for COD orders above ₹999.

Most orders are delivered within 1–7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that shipping charges and COD fees are separate and, once paid, are non-refundable if an order is returned.

If your order is cancelled, lost in transit, or cannot be delivered, we will refund the full order amount, including any prepaid shipping charges.

Order value is calculated after applying all discounts and applicable taxes.

Exchange

• Exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.
• Only size exchanges are accepted.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags intact.
• Sale/discounted, customized, altered, and non-returnable products are not eligible for exchange.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available. If unavailable, customers can self-ship the product.
• Exchange will be processed after the returned item passes our quality check.
• If the requested size is unavailable, the exchange will be treated as a return.

Returns & Refunds

• Return requests can be raised within 5 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
• Sale/discounted, customized, altered, and non-returnable products are not eligible for return.
• A ₹299 return fee per product will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed after the returned product passes the quality check.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for prompt assistance.

International Orders

• International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
