Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of order is allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:

Refunds will be issued to the same ‘payment method’ used for placing the order.

Return Policy

No Exchange/Return Request will be entertained via any other medium.

Return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’  and ‘within 2(two) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed & unaltered
2. Tags should be intact
3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered
5. Product(s) is/are not part of Excluded Category

Refund in case of Return of product(s):

* Refund Amount = Price of the Product(s) – Applicable Return Fee (Rs 299)each

Any COD Fee or Shipping Charges paid for the order are non-refundable.

We will provide reverse pickup facility to the customer. In case, we are not able to provide reverse pickup facility to the customer, customer will have to send parcel back to us and ₹49 will be added to their Refund amount.

Please note that reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Refund will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

Options to receive refunds

• Refund to Account – Refund will be issued on the same payment mode used for placing the order. For COD orders, Niyatee customer will be asked to provide payment details and refund will be initiated in the same.
  • A ‘Return Fee of ₹299‘ will be deducted from product(s) price before refund.

Product can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Following conditions should be satisfied - 

1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed & unaltered
2. Tags should be intact
3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered, or
5. Product(s) is/are not part of Excluded Category

COD/Shipping charges are not adjustable in exchanges.

In case of product unavailability the product will considered as return.

Only size exchanges are allowed.

For exchange with other any product, return the product first and then initiate new order.

Custom Tailored Items /  Altered Items

We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.

Sale items (if applicable)

All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Excluded Categories

For non returnable product(s) there is no ‘Return / Exchange’ available. So customers are requested to please check the policies mentioned on every product page.

Non-acceptance of COD Orders

In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers may not be able to place COD order on our website in future or will have to compulsorily verify mobile numbers to place COD orders.

Refund/ Return/ Exchange Policy for International Orders ( Outside INDIA)

International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We request the buyers to confirm the variants/sizes for the same after placing order.
